Phyllis Scapellato, Larry Wallace and Dan Roberts are dedicated to improving our community by creating an environment of hope and change. Phyllis and Larry promise to work tirelessly to improve conditions in Gloucester County and affect positive change for all of us. We believe it is important to work together with the citizens of Gloucester County to find solutions to the problems we all face.

• Received teaching certifications from Rowan and Rutgers University and a Masters in Education from Glassboro State College (Rowan University)
• Involved in several community projects to unite educators and parents
• Served on the Franklin Township Board of Education, 4 years as VP
• Franklin Township representative to the Gloucester County School Boards Association and representative to the State Board of Education
• School administrator Mansfield Township Public Schools
• Veteran educator for 23 years
